oh yeah whos the best for mapping.:p
What power is it std?
ECUtek I assume?
I would use Pat ;) but there are loads of others.
Cost for the remap would be about £600 'ish

they are 125 bhp standard but with both decats off and an air filter it takes it upto about 150 bhp. so how will i get the extra 50 bhp?? :2ponder: :2ponder:
Fit a turbo? ;)
A remap will give you the optimum for the mods, but I think you will struggle to get 200BHP :o
:p You can get 200bhp out of a 70hp justy  :thumb:
If you swap the engine!!!
If you can't help with sensible advice don't post.
it will be cheeper to buy a turbo which is why i sold mine
or the other option is to lower it by 35mm and have good handling, kept me happy for a year,

Calm yourself ;)
The justy engine block can take 200bhp
No joke :p
Only way to go would be a ported head along with cam, and a free flowing manifold, and then a remap. This might just get you the figure you look for, but as stated about IMHO if you can stretch to the insurance. You are better off selling and buying a turbo.
Having spent shed loads on mods. Know when to stop, your car looks the dogs, and sports are supposed to handle very well indeed. Its easier said than done, but I would stop where you are, and think about a turbo sometime on the future.
In truth as fantastic as my previous scoob was, if I were to do it all over again. The sensible place to stop on a turbo is buy a WRX or STI with the better turbo, do a zorst and remap it and be happy at that. If you buy a UK ditch the tiny TD04 in favour of a TD05 and get a remap.
After this financially it would probably make sense to buy a STI8 or 9 and then remap it, or alternatively go to the dark side and buy a EVO7/8, and tek it to 360/360.
To get 360/360 from a classic is a tall order and costly. To get 360/360 from a Evo7 is nothing more than ARP studs, zorst and a remap.
I have gone off at a tangent a bit, but thought I would add my 2 pennies worth.

rang the insurance and turbo is out of the window for at least 6 months.
fitted the vortex two days ago.
board out manifold+2decats+straight trough centre+ vortex = head ache!!!!
(no turbo to keep the sound waves down).:loser:

I own a sport aswell theres 2 of us now
Im 21 so a turbo is a bit to much at the mo for aswell ,
As for performance ive done the usuall , de cat , ninja rear can , air filter , etc ,
But its highly if not near impossible to get 200bhp out of a sport , if u could that sort of power out of an N/a scoob there will be a lot more around.
only way u can is engine change , look at legacy 2.5 n/a , and things along those lines ,
At the present im looking out for a legacy 2.0 Turbo for an engine transplant in mine , will be hard work messing around with looms and stuff but worth it in the end , i just like to be different tho :haha:
look on imprezasport.net there all sport owners on there , very helpfull site , im Stoney on there
Good luck ,
cheers

at last anouther one ,hi mate ive heard of sports with 240/250 bhp,you can get that out of vaxhall n/a my mates got a mk2 astra with 246bhp so theres got to be away for that out of my sport i think its going to be a case of engine out lots of porting/skimming and iam trying to look for a set of cams to be profiled, but first buzz suggested lowering it to get as much grip as possiable ill also get a whiteline anti roll bar.:thumb:

just orderd spax 40mm springs they only listed turbo but there same aint they? ive had a word with dave today and then went over to sva near dover.
looks like the quick way is supercharge it but thats £1500 and ive only really got £800-£1000 so its going to look like this, cams, polishing, boar the the inlet and group a gaskets then do a remap and see what we get.:thumb:

surely a supercharged will add alomst as much to your insurance as a turbo?
