hi guys ive got a 97 sport and ive just seen at the bottom of my road a legacy 95 but the bloke dosnt know if its a 2.2 or 2.5 finding out later, is it worth me buying for the engine like what sort of power are these engines what things need changing apart from the engine and ecu like is the gearbox the same and wiring,exhaust or even diffs i cant afford a turbo and dont want to buy anything else apart from an impreza but are fed up of saxos killing me iam going to get a apexi ind kit and de-cats but i know that they dont really get a big bhp gain but iam rally looking for more torque and pulling power and help would be more than help full thanks guys. ;)

but if you want power engine change will still cost on insurernce

i thought about nos on my sport, but then said f##k it, and then bought a turbo car,

i managed to level peg a m3 off the lights in my sport, i add mit i was shocked, but the sport aint a slow car, and who cares if there fast you have a scoob thay dont!

Get an early Legacy saloon turbo.. all the Impreza performance bits fit or nearly fit and you have a different looking but as quick Impreza.

Map one that has an STi3 engine (standard engine was fine he just wanted MORE) and fmic.. running about 330bhp.. very stealth..
