Lowering

when i lower my car do i need to get the tracking done and all the 4wheel alignment etc - if so where do i get it done

its always spot on when i get it back!

Yes you will need your alignment done.
To change the springs you have to remove the shock from the car.
You can mark it before you remove the strut, but I woulkd advise you get it all checked after anyway :)

Gatwick Subaru can do it and will give you the optimum settings :D

cool now had it lowered and was a pain in **** rear seats out etc,will be taking it there one day this week.will see u all 2moro,
