errr.. not sure on price but try rallydesign (http://www.raldes.co.uk/)
up-pipe is PITA as you need to take it off really, and that means turbo as well (and all the stupid heat shields...
others are easy as you just take them off and wrap'em.
also need some locking wire / large jubilie clips to hold it on.
BUZZ,
I used wrap from www.agriemach.com
Just looked 2" wide x 15ft is £15 + P&P
You will need more if you want to wrap the headers but that will do the up pipe with loads to spare :)
Up pipe change is a job for a garage :(
You need to either remove the turbo
Or unbolt it from the turbo and lift the engine slightly on that side to slide it out.
Also try Merlin motorspot and cool tec :)
I have loads of Stainless wire you can use.
Wrapping it is easy but do it out doors and wear gloves and longsleaves as the fibres cause itching for days!!!!!

Does it really make alot of difference to the way the car performs?

nope ! :p just looks nice
causes more heat to stay in the exhaust so heats the turbo more, which aides spool up ..
but if i had any more spool up i'd be hitting boost cut @ 1000rpm :p

surely the spool up cant be advanced that much by just wrapping the pipe?
Helps keep the engine bay temp down (well trys too!!)
What about using the wraping the aluminum tape over the top !
What im looking at doing is redusing the engine pay temp
