RE heads for 2.5 btm end

Can any body tell me if my 95wrx ra heads will be any good to put on a 2.5 btm end or should i go for sti4 heads,cheers steve.

If you can find them STI3 heads are the best! STI4 are very close ;)

If money and time were no object I'd search out some STI3 heads, but your heads will work fine and perform well :)
What is the rev limit on the RA? (just out of interest)

if its the same as my sti 3 v limited then it redlines at 8k

also if you are going for a 2.5, i would get the combusion chambers smoothed a bit because of the 2 -> 2.5ltr size mismatch. if you leave them standard you end up with some sharp edged that can cause some issues of detonation , meaning you wont be able to push it as hard tuning wise.

i dont mean porting the inlet and exhaust ports, just the camber edged.

I think , from memory, the ECU i checked the limiter in was an RA or 95 ilk. Justin from SN/22b - white jobbie....was 7k/ should have had solid lifters however his had been rebuilt with hydraulic :(
