Hi, hoping somebody on here is able to help.
I have a gas cooker and it wont light. The hob, grill and oven are not lighting when i push the ignighter button. It no longer clicks. Are these replaceable, how easy is it to do? How do I do it?

Does it light with a match?

Is gas getting through? Have you paid your gas bill? :p

You should be able to replace the igniter. What make and model is it?
I found a place that did gas cooker spares by post even for mine (and my cooker is second hand.... Noah had it on the Ark!!!) :D

some cookers are battery powered(if it has no plug) the battery would be in the bottom drawer or on the front kickplate,if its mains powered probably the spark generator faulty .do u have a model no. for cooker ?could probably get a part no. for u.:thumb:

Ahhh, the joys of being an ignorant youngster. What did you all do before the plug was invented:2ponder: ?? Battery changed and working fine. Thank you all.
