does any one no if an sti v3 tmic will fit my 94 wrx? mine is slanty copper

It will fit, but will take a little work :)
The simplest way is to buy an Samco IC/turbo hose kit and then mount the DV in the new position (hose from IC instead of off the turbo to IC pipe).
If the IC comes with the hose your laughing :D
You will have to adapt or make up brackets to mount the IC and may have to trim the edges of the IC outlet to inlet manifold back a few mm ;)

You can't fit the DV in the 97/98 location as the elbow out of the intercooler fouls the ISCV. It needs to be blanked off and a set of samco hoses used for the Pre96 with the DV take off on the left (in its current position).
You will also need to cobble together some additional samcos to join the intercooler to this Pre96 Turbo to Intercooler Samco (you ,ay be able to do this with the 97/98 hose and large diameter Ally tube).

the bulkhead will need some persuasion (with a large hammer) to stop the intercooler rattling against it.
You will then need to trim/cut material off the front of the intercooler (where it mates to the inlet/throttle housing) and the back of the throttle housing in order to bring the intercooler forward slightly.

the brackets can be bent and turned around etc.. in order to secore it all in place.

RobEvo5 has one fitted, and I think tehre are pis on here somewhere......

here you go....it's a WRX My97/98 Intercooler but pretty much the same as the STi V3
