On idle my cars searching, changed maf and no difference.

Did Fault codes and nothing came up, reset ECu and still its happening ???

probably the ISCV then James. The idle control valve is on the throttle body. take it out and try cleaning it.... probably that if its not the MAF

Thanks for the replies :)

Ive already cleaned the ISVC and that didnt work :(

What should happen with the lambda Scott if i disconnect it, i know where theres a spare one i can have if needed ?

yep, that was the next on the list Scott ;)
if you disconect it, it should be better and wont heart the car at-all.
does it drive a bit 'pulsatingly' when cruising ?

still might be the ISCV as they do fail compeletly sometimes.

Ok i'll try that this morning :)

When you pull of in first gear its not that smooth, but its alright in every other gear after that :2ponder:

Turns out it is the ISCV :thumb:

Bad news is Subaru want £278 pound for one :eek:

I got one from GradeA for £35 a couple of years back (for MY99), After also getting the shocking price from Subaru.
