My a pillar pods did not look right and could not get a snug fit.So went on the hunt for something different to house my guages and found this beauty.Not seen a classic with this fitted before.

Have all the cutters and that will give you a bell :thumb:

Ok all everything is fitted now,pressure sender is leaking like......... well a leaky thing that leaks a lot.So new one orderd.So not too bad.

So today my replacement pressure sender turns up:thumb: thought ok all done now,but no!get to the car and find this..............:thumbdown:

*Tip for gauge fitting*
Cut the hole very slightly larger and then wrap masking tape round the gauge where it sits in the hole.
That way you get the best fit and the masking tape will take up and iregularities in the hole and stop you scratching the back of the gauge.
Must be masking tape!! Insulation tape goes soft when it gets hot and slides about.

Looks good, a bit different from the usual pillar pods or the centre dash mounted ones :thumb:

i kinda like the way the gauge ring just sits there lol,like it said"sod it!im off"
