Removing Injectors?

How do you get the injectors out of the fuel rail on a MY99 facelift??
I got the intake manifold off & the caps off the injectors but can't get the injectors out, don't want to break them with too much force.....

take the 2 screws out on each cap, take the electrical plug off, and then gently try to twist them a bit side to side, then pull straight up.

you're finger WILL hurt! ;)

Might be easier to take the rail off the manifold to do it ;)
