Mark,
What is the ride like?
How long have you had them?

Had them on the car since June mate. The ride was solid when I first got them as the damping was set on max. I have backed it off to about half way now. I have dropped the ride height rather a lot and as a result, I have a lot of spring preload dialled in so as not to allow the tyres to rub the arches.

The ride is now somewhat firmer than a standard STi, but the handling is fantastic, I think I have achieved the right balance between body roll and it being too firm to swallow the bumps, some cars just seem to skip across the road if the suspension is too stiff as it can't move properly to soak up the bumps and hollows.
