oil/water leak!!!!!!

hello everyone, need some help please just had an anti freeze change in the scoob and all was ok till i got home and now im losing water cant see where its from! and also the bottom rad hose is still cold after 2-3 miles of driving is this normal? temp gauge is normal! and now i just found a small oil leak from around the oil filter i have tightened it up but still very small leak? its streesing me out as i need the car for work any ideas on what it could be or a local scooby person thats trust worthy and knows his stuff? as the car was fine till it went in to the garage for a water change! looking under the car i can see some drops of water just past the sump!
your help would be greatfully recived

Have you sorted it?

Is it actually leaking water (you can see it dripping) or is it just that the hose is cold or the header tank level is low?
Are the drips behind the engine? So your looking from the bumper?

Did they change the oil filter while it was in the garage?

hello dyney, not sorted yet had sussex moblile services come and have a look and he reckons it water pump gone, also thinks that power steering pump o ring is leaking and maybe oil filter seal (headache!!!!) all this in one day? how? lol. the car is booked in at a another garage next week for the cam belt and oil change and they can do a pump while its all off, but thats to long without a car..... and its to cold to walk!
