Simon
If you need them use them :)

took the decision to use the cam wheels off the original engine.. therefore I cannot fit the cam covers until I have held the cams and fitted the cam wheels therefore I may as well use the ones off the original engine :)
Oh and I have two spare sets anyway.. lol you want phase 1/1.5 or phase 2, I have both.
Simon
But you could get these cleaned up and painted ;)
If you have them spare, I'll take the Phase 1.5's
Phase 1 and 1.5 are not the same covers!!
Phase 1 have "Twin cam" cast into the covers and the spark plug hole is square, 1.5's don't and the spark plug hole is oval (not sure if phase 2 are the same as 1.5's though) :)

Oh!
I have pahse 1.5 heads on the new enigne.. I suspect then I need to use the phase 1.5 cam covers otherwise the plug holes won't line up with the square ones in the phase 1 covers??
I know that's why I though I should point it out.
If you need them use them :)
Compare them to the phase 2 ones you have (or where they the 1.5 ones?)

lol.. yes mental note.. when the engine going back in.. secure the rope so the engine doesn't want to rotate and nearly take the windscreen out :)
