Just about to set off to pick up the car complete with APS sr40 turbo and a remap by Pat, will let you know how it goes when I've got back!

That was an interesting drive back I have to say! Initially I didn't think it felt like 50lbft and 70BHP more due to the more progressive spool and power delivery but once on a road that I could bury the right foot on my god did it pull and keep on pulling!
Both Pat and Charlie commented on how smooth the power delivery was and they were right! Boost on the dyno was set at 1.3Bar but easily hit 1.5 on the road, the boost curve is quite flat with boost coming in quite late in the range, Pat thinks this is mostly diue to having too large a bore up-pipe on the car so I guess it's time for ported headers (Tone?) and a new up-pipe for which I'll probably go to Harvey.

Just waiting for the manifold to arrive so I can do the tumbler delete and mock up the install before Fitting. Silicone inlet also enroute!

Had the car remapped on the 12th Jan with the APS SR40 Turbo and Pink injectors, as you guys know it was a tad on the laggy side so after the fitting of a new clutch and Havery Smith ported and wrapped headers and up-pipe at Subaru4you followed by a day at C.J's fitting the Spec-C manifold, Samco inlet and Perrin Parallel fuel rails it was back to Surrey Rolling Road and an appointment with JGM, to say it went well is an understatement!

For interest an overlay of the boost plots, I reckon I gained about 300rpm of spool.

I've got lazy, decided that most people could find my reg easily enough now! Plus it's on a personalised now!
