Please help think its about to blow.

Im worried that its about to blow as it never made this noise before but if you put your foot down as soon as you go past 4500rpm its makes this beeeeeeeeeeep noise. someone please tell me this isnt knock? it done it yesterday then i left it for a few hours and it seemed to stop now i drove it this morning for the first hour it was fine and then it randomly started to happening again, any info would be great as am supposed to be getting it mapped the end of august but need to get this sorted first, any info would be great...... cheers Adam.

well....turns out it was only a boost leak but a very small one, sounded like an old kettle whistling.

Ah it was a massive relief, when you think its something major you think **** how much is this gonna cost me and wanna cry. lol
